Camped with PolyParadise Before?
Yes. This will be my fifth year!

Why Burning Man? After many years of hearing about TTITD (since 1998), my then girlfriend and I finally had the time and resources to go. We just had to see how amazing it really was. And yes it lived up to the hype and then some.

Volunteer on the Playa? Poly Paradise setup and cleanup, in years past we also taught rope bondage in the classroom space. I am a Volunteer Coordinator with the BRC Census. We ask people questions as they arrive and off playa.

Meaning of your Playa Name: I am a shibari rope artist. In the rope community those who do the tying are called riggers. Mu is actually the Greek letter "μ". I came about it through having a name that sounds like it and being exceptionally geeky ("μ" is used frequently in math and science) I adopted as my own. I bring a rainbow suspension frame to share my love of rope with other people. If you are interested in playing with the frame or me talk to me on playa or before at burningmu@gmail.com .

PolyParadise Favorite Moments? That time when Scotto and Uncle Bob….

Toughest thing: leaving the playa every year.

Best thing: Watching the city being built, all the art that goes into it, the mutant vehicle lights roving the city at night.

Burning Man Advice: You can't bring enough water and supplies. Share hugs with as many people as you can.
